The CP079 is dedicated to the proper cooling of two M.2 NVMe drives in a single 5.25'' bay. With the internal 120mm blower fan, large amount of airflow reaches the heatsinks on the drives and blows away the excessive heat from the rear of the product. In addition, the fan is easy to access for maintenance and the fan speed control is in the front to allow quick adjustment for fan speeds. If fan noise is a concern, just lower down the fan speed to reduce the fan noise profile, while if heat on the drives is concerning, maximize the fan speed to increase the airflow. The two drive bays for M.2 NVMe SSDs are easy to access and allows for quick swaps of M.2 drives, allowing for quick access between multiple M.2 NVMe drives. Each drive bay has its own dedicated miniSAS HD port, enabling each M.2 NVMe drive to go at its maximum transfer rate of 32Gb/s. The whole product has a full metal chassis, providing a durable, rugged frame that can last for many years. Military rugged systems, industrial computers, and medical systems can utilize this kind of product as the rugged frame can withstand the conditions these systems may be in.
