CP054 is a full metal drive cage that supports 12 x SAS/SATA drives that fits inside 3 x 5.25” external bays. It is specifically designed for Industrial PC, Media Workstations, High Performance Servers, Surveillance Systems, Medical Systems and Military Rugged Computers. Rear connectors use miniSAS (SFF-8643) and each connector allows to connect up to 4 drives in single miniSAS connector, reducing the amount of cables that needs to be connected to operate.
 

This drive cage allows the use of many drives for multiple RAID arrays and supports various thicknesses of 2.5” hard drives from 7mm to 15mm. The cage is cooled by a 90mm fan in the rear along the passive cooling effect of the metal used.
